Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jb555 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jb555 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100. Maximum deposit amount per transaction: ৳100,000. Deposits are credited to the Wallet in real time.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. Processing time: same business day for verified accounts.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jb555 may request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳10,000.
• jb555 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

jb555 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), network outages, or scheduled maintenance windows. If a deposit is debited from your mobile wallet but not credited to your jb555 Wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jb555 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A Player who has previously held an Account — regardless of whether it was closed — is not eligible for a Welcome Bonus on a new Account.

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

Account Termination and Suspension

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited use of automated tools.

Where jb555 closes an Account due to a Player's voluntary request (not arising from a breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified mobile wallet within 5 business days, net of any pending bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Amendments to These Terms
